Originally I visioned this page to show some Deutsche Heer Kameradenshaft, but after writing the dialogue down it appeared a lot darker. It's interesting to see how when actually writing the script, characters come out a lot different from what I thought they would be. Like they have their own lives on the paper and I'm just uncovering them, not making them up. Or some poetic shit like that.

After getting this one done I noticed I forgot to draw some grenades and drum mags onto the gunner's belt equipment. Let's assume the assistant's carrying them..

These are some time consuming pages, once in a while I tinker with the though how this would be a lot faster in BW. But what the hell, I can't do BW and this looks pretty good. I've suddenly a lot less time than when I started this one, and it seriously bugs me to be out of schedule. Happens to every webcomic, of course. I'm planning to catch up, though. Should propably make another one-panel page, which are not only cool, but a lot faster to draw

I hate it when people draw huge jaws in their comics. It appears that I then again cannot hone myself out of stupid-looking elongated noses.. Should propably pick up the anatomy book and too some basic practice again.

Edit: I just printed this out, and it looks a helluvalot better. Drawing this one I did feel a little stupid using 200% zoom on a 300dpi work, and for a good reason - the resizing really fucks several things up on this one.
